Important Notice:
We Are NOT the “Rejuva Care” Patch Seller
Hello friend,
If you landed on this page because you bought “Rejuva Care” weight-loss patches online—and never got them—please read on. We know how frustrating that must feel, and we’re sorry you’re going through it.
Unfortunately, the company that took your order is not us.

Rejuva-Care Direct Care™ is a small, physician-led primary-care clinic based in Shelby, North Carolina. We provide old-fashioned medical care in a modern “direct primary care” (DPC) model—think longer visits, transparent pricing, and texting your provider when you need help.
-
We see patients for everything from sore throats to chronic-disease management.
-
We do not sell weight-loss patches (or any patches at all).
-
Our sister company, Rejuvatour Medical Spa, offers physician-supervised weight-loss injections—never patches—and only to established patients after a medical consult.
What’s happening?
-
A separate online seller calling itself “Rejuva Care” advertises GLP-1 “OzemPatch,” “natural slimming patches,” and similar items on Amazon and other websites.
-
Customers place orders, the patches don’t arrive, or they are constantly charged for a subscription service they never agreed to, and they search for a phone number.
-
Because our names look alike, Google and some credit-card issuers route those angry calls and chargebacks to us.
What we’ve done so far?
-
Reported the listings to Amazon for trademark impersonation and consumer fraud.
-
Filed a trademark application (Serial No. 99316793) and a formal protest with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office to stop the patch seller from locking in a confusingly similar name.
-
Notified Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe that we’re being misidentified so future disputes are sent to the correct merchant.
-
Submitted a complaint to the N.C. Attorney General’s Consumer-Protection Division (Case # pending).
-
Added this notice, phone-scripts, and email auto-replies so our own patients aren’t left hanging.
Ordered patches and need a refund?
-
If you bought on Amazon:
-
Go to Your Orders → Problem with order → Request a refund.
-
Provide any tracking or order number you have.
-
-
If you paid by credit/debit card elsewhere:
-
Call the number on the back of your card and file a “merchandise not received” dispute.
-
Give the issuer the seller’s website URL and any email confirmation.
-
-
Forward the confirmation email (remove personal info) to notice@rejuva-care.com.
-
We’re collecting evidence to help regulators shut the seller down.
-
-
Please don’t send your card details to us—we can’t process refunds because we never received those funds.
Our promise to you
Whether you’re a long-time patient or someone who stumbled onto this page looking for answers, we value your time and sanity. We’ll keep pushing Amazon, the card networks, and state regulators until the confusion stops.
If you ever need legitimate primary-care services—or simply want to verify something you read online—give us a call at 980-998-3970 or email heyyall@rejuva-care.com. We answer real phones staffed by real humans (usually with coffee in hand).
Stay well,
